Return & Exchange Policy

At Halma, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following return and exchange policy before completing your purchase:

Upon Delivery

• Please inspect and try the product immediately while the courier is still at your location.

• If you do not wish to keep the product, it can be returned directly to the courier, and only the shipping cost will be charged.

Wrong or Defective Items

• In case you receive a wrong item or an item with a manufacturing defect, it can be returned immediately to the courier.

• Halma will cover the full shipping cost in this case.

After Delivery

• Once the product is received and paid for, items become non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

• Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

عند الاستلام

• يُرجى فحص المنتج وتجربته فور الاستلام بينما المندوب ما زال في موقعك.

• في حال عدم الرغبة في الاحتفاظ بالمنتج، يمكن إرجاعه مباشرة إلى المندوب، وسيتم خصم تكلفة الشحن فقط.

المنتجات الخاطئة أو ذات العيوب المصنعية

• في حال استلام منتج خاطئ أو يعاني من عيب مصنعي، يمكن إرجاعه فورًا للمندوب.

• تتحمّل Halma تكلفة الشحن بالكامل في هذه الحالة.

بعد الاستلام

• بعد استلام المنتج ودفع قيمته، تصبح القطع غير قابلة للاسترجاع.

الاستبدال

• يمكن استبدال المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية بالكامل.

• يُرجى العلم أن تكلفة الشحن للاستبدال يتحمّلها العميل
